乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢阻肺急性发作期的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗慢阻肺急性发作期的效果.方法 选择2021年1月至2023年3月医院收治的慢阻肺急性发作期患者86例,依据数表随机法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,观察组在此基础上加用温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗.对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及肺功能.结果 较之对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及气短积分均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对慢阻肺急性发作期患者采用乙酰半胱氨酸联合温肺祛瘀化痰汤治疗的效果确切,并可缓解患者临床症状,改善其肺功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acetylcysteine in treating the acute onset of COPD.Methods:86 pa-tients with acute COPD admitted from January 2021 to March 2023 were divided into two groups and 43 cases each according to the number table randomization method.The control group was treated with acetylcysteine,and the observation group was treated with adding warm lung,removing blood stasis and removing phlegm soup on this ba-sis.Compare the two groups of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome points and lung function.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group was treated with cough,expectoration,wheezing and shortness of breath points were lower than the control group,with a sta-tistically significant difference(P＜0.05).FVC、FEV1 and PEF were higher in the observation group,significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acetylcysteine in patients with acute COPD is definite,and it can relieve their clinical symptoms and improve their lung function.
