ApplicationValue of CRP、IL-6 And PCT in Elderly Patients with COPD
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:From January 2023 to August 2023,123 elderly COPD patients and 123 healthy people in Lianshui County People's Hospital were selected, and the levels of CRP、IL-6 and PCT were measured, and the detection values of the two groups were compared to evaluate the diagnostic effi-cacy of joint detection for COPD.Patients with COPD were divided into two subgroups:stable and acute exacerba-tion,and the detection values of serum indexes were compared. Results:Serum CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels in COPD group were higher than those in healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 95.93%,97.56%and 94.31%.Ac-cording to the clinical examination results, there were 51 patients with acute exacerbation and 72 patients with sta-ble stage. The levels of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 in acute group were higher than those in stable group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRP、IL-6 and PCT levels in elderly COPD patients are obviously abnormal, and the diagnostic efficiency of combined examination is high, and these three indexes are significantly higher in patients with acute exacerbation.
