Observation on theEffect of External Suture for Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective:To Objective to explore the clinical effect of internal ligation and external stripping suture with tooth thread reserved in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Yangzhou Miaoshou Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research object, and were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods, with 31 cases in each group.Group A was treated with internal ligation and external stripping suture while Group B was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation. The therapeutic effect, surgical indicators, recovery time, postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with group B,the total effective rate in group A was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the wound healing time and off-line time in group A were shorter, and the VAS score and comfort score were lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the inci-dence of postoperative complications in group A was lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the inter-vention,the scores of SF-36 in group A were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mixed hemorrhoid with internal ligation and external strip-ping suture with tooth thread preservation has obvious clinical effect, less trauma, less postoperative pain and faster wound healing, and can reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
