Effect ofGinseng-mai Injection Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Treating middle and Advanced Digestive Tract Tumours and its Effect on Immune Factors
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection in adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced digestive tract tumors and its influence on immune factors.Methods:Eighty-six patients with advanced digestive tract tumor admitted to Yangzhong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly di-vided into two groups. The control group(n=43)was treated with chemotherapy, and the observation group(n=43)was treated with Shenmai injection. The clinical therapeutic effect, tumor marker level, immune index and ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The disease control rate and objective remission rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CEA、CA125 and CA199 in both groups decreased, and the level of tumor markers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treat-ment,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+in both groups increased, while CD8+decreased,and all indexes in the obser-vation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection is effective in adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with advanced digestive tract tumors, which can reduce the level of tumor markers and regulate immune factors, and has few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
