目的 探讨分析西洛他唑在氢氯吡格雷抵抗性脑梗死治疗中的临床效果.方法 选取2021年2月-2023年7月泰兴市人民医院收治的120例氢氯吡格雷抵抗性脑梗死患者,将其随机分为两组.对照组用阿司匹林治疗,观察组用西洛他唑联合阿司匹林治疗.比较两组凝血功能指标、神经功能缺损程度、血清指标、脑血流动力学指标、终点事件及不良反应发生情况.结果 经治疗,观察组PT、TT、APTT均大于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组;观察组血清MDA、NSE、ET水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组;观察组RI、PI均小于对照组,Vm大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组终点事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 西洛他唑对氢氯吡格雷抵抗性脑梗死患者的治疗效果显著、安全性高,可改善患者凝血功能,减轻神经功能缺损与氧化反应,并可改善其脑血流循环,减少心肌梗死及猝死等终点事件发生.
Analysis of theTherapeutic Effect of Cilostazol in the Treatment of Hydrocclopidogrel Resistant Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of cilostazol in the treatment of clopidogrel-resistant cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with clopidogrel-resistant cerebral infarction admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with aspirin and the observation group was treated with cilostazol combined with aspirin.Coagulation function in-dex,neurological deficit degree,serum index,cerebral hemodynamics index,endpoint events and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the PT,TT and APTT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group.The levels of serum MDA,NSE and ET in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the lev-el of SOD was higher than that in the control group.RI and PI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Vm was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The to-tal incidence of endpoint events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:cilostazol is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with clopi-dogrel-resistant cerebral infarction,which can improve the coagulation function,reduce the neurological deficit and oxidation reaction,improve the cerebral blood circulation and reduce the occurrence of end-point events such as myocardial infarction and sudden death.
