ClinicalEffects of Open surgery at Two Different Timing for the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis in Stable Pregnancy
Objective:To Objective to analyze the clinical effect of open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis in stable pregnancy. Methods:From May 2018 to June 2023,37 cases of stable pregnancy complicated with acute ap-pendicitis were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group had 17 cases, which were operated after anti-inflammatory failure.20 cases in the study group were treated by surgery in time after diagnosis. The basic situation of operation, the incidence of com-plications and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The op-eration time and the time of getting out of bed after operation in the study group were shorter than those in the con-trol group, and the blood loss during operation was less than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open sur-gery at different times has different clinical effects in the treatment of acute appendicitis in stable pregnancy.Time-ly surgical treatment after diagnosis is helpful to shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative complications and improve the pregnancy outcome.
