富马酸喹硫平结合氯硝西泮片对躁狂症患者的疗效及对神经递质因子水平的影响

摘要
目的 探讨分析富马酸喹硫平结合氯硝西泮片治疗躁狂症的效果及对神经递质因子水平的影响.方法 选择2022年1月至2022年12月四川省都江堰市精神卫生中心收治的90例躁狂症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照1组(n=30,使用富马酸喹硫平片治疗)、对照2组(n=30,使用氯硝西泮片治疗)、研究组(n=30,使用富马酸喹硫平片结合氯硝西泮片治疗).三组连续治疗8周后,对比临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后躁狂症状严重程度、精神症状及神经递质因子水平.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);但后两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,研究组BRMS、PANSS评分均低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);但两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组5-HT、NE、DA水平均低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);但两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 富马酸喹硫平结合氯硝西泮片可提高躁狂症患者的临床疗效,减轻躁狂症状与精神症状,降低神经递质因子水平,且不会增加不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of quetiapine fumarate combined with clonazepam tablets on mania and its influence on the level of neurotransmitters.Methods:90 patients with mania admitted to Dujiangyan Mental Health Center in Sichuan Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group 1(n=30,treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets),control group 2(n=30,treated with clonazepam tablets)and study group(n=30,treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with clonazepam tablets).After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the severity of manic symptoms,mental symptoms and neurotransmitter factors before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between the latter two(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of BRMS and PANSS in the study group were lower than those in control group 1 and control group 2,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between them(P＞0.05).The levels of 5-HT,NE and DA in study group were lower than those in control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference between them(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine fumarate combined with clonazepam tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of manic patients,alleviate manic symptoms and mental symptoms,and reduce the level of neurotransmitters with-out increasing adverse reactions.
