Analysis ofClinical Effect of Combined with Triple Therapy for Peptic Gastric Ulcer in Old Patients
Objective:To Objective to explore the clinical effect of rebamipide combined with triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly.Methods:94 elderly patients with peptic ulcer admitted to the People's Hos-pital of Dantu District from April 2020 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine triple therapy, and the observation group was given rebamipide on the basis of this. The clinical treatment effect, symptom improvement time, gastric mucosa morphology and adverse re-actions were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the con-trol group, the improvement time of nausea, belching, acid regurgitation and abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of gastric mucosa thickness and gland density in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statis-tical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rebapet combined with triple therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly, and has obvious effect on improving the symptoms and gastric mucosal morphology.
