Analysis of the influencing factors of concurrent cerebral infarction after hematoma removal surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after hematoma remov-al.Methods:A total of 67 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by hematoma removal from Jan-uary 2022 to December 2023 were included in the scope of this study. The study group included 27 patients in the cerebral infarction group,The control group included 40 patients in the group without cerebral infarction,Results:Comparison of gender, age, and blood glucose level between the two groups,Not statistically significant(P>0.05),The ences in history of hypertension and systolic and DBP in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),Comparison of postoperative hematoma volume, edema, and brain tissue displacement in the two groups,Sta-tistically significant(P<0.05),After a Logistic regression analysis,Found a rising history of hypertension,sys-tolic and diastolic BP,And the increased hematoma volume,All were the key factors for the increased risk of post-operative complicated cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and postoperative hematoma volume, and clinical intervention should be targeted according to the above factors.
