目的 评估AcoStream血栓抽吸装置在急性下肢深静脉血栓中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2022年1月至2022年12月于西南医科大学附属中医医院接受AcoStream血栓抽吸治疗的20例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料和随访数据,评价其手术成功率、血栓清除率、患肢消肿情况,记录其术后并发症发生情况及术后1年PTS发生情况.结果 20例患者均成功行AcoStream抽吸出血栓,无严重并发症发生,手术成功率100%;其中80%患者血栓清除率达到Ⅲ级,20%患者血栓清除率达到Ⅱ级;术后患者大腿及小腿周径差较术前均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05));术后1年,有2例患者发生PTS.结论 AcoStream血栓抽吸装置在急性下肢深静脉血栓治疗中安全有效,具有一定的临床运用价值.
Application ofAcoStream Thrombus aspiration Device in the Treatment of Acute Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis
Objective:To evaluate the application of AcoStream thrombus aspiration device in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.Methods:The clinical data and follow-up data of 20 patients with a-cute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs who were treated by AcoStream thrombus aspiration in the affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The success rate of surgery,thrombus clearance rate,limb swelling condition were evaluated,and the occurrence of postoperative complications and the occurrence of PTS one year postoperatively were recorded.Re-sults:All 20 patients successfully underwent thrombus aspiration with AcoStream,with no serious complications,and the success rate of the operation was 100%.Among them,80%of the patients reached level Ⅲ in thrombus clearance,and 20%of the patients reached level Ⅱ.The difference in circumference of the thigh and calf postopera-tively was significantly lower than before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients developed PTS one year postoperatively.Conclusion:The AcoStream thrombus aspiration device is safe and effective in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity,and has certain clinical application value.
