Effect of Shakubatroxobin Sodium on Chronic Heart Failure in the Elderly and Its Influence on Coagulation and Cardiac Function Indexes
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Shakubatrivalsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly and its influence on coagulation and cardiac function indexes.Methods:80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research object.According to the odd-even method, they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Shakubatroxobin sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical effi-cacy,incidence of adverse reactions, coagulation function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05).TT、PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and LVEV、LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment of senile chronic heart failure with shakubatravalsartan sodium can further improve the clinical efficacy, significantly improve its co-agulation function and cardiac function, and will not increase the risk of medication.
