TheEffect of Continuous Midwifery Service Care on the Rate of Natural Births in First-time Mothers
Objective:To explore the influence of continuous midwifery service nursing on the natural delivery rate of primiparas.Methods:180 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from January to December,2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group took routine delivery care, while the research group took continuous midwifery care. The delivery mode,non-drug analgesia delivery choice, labor process time and psychological comfort were compared between the two groups. Results:The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The choice rate of non-drug analgesia delivery in the study group was higher than that in the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first、second、third stage of labor and total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The post-partum anxiety score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous midwifery service nursing can obviously improve the natural delivery rate and non-drug analgesia delivery choice rate of primiparas, shorten their labor process time and improve their psychological comfort during delivery, which is worth popularizing.
