Analysis of the effect of comprehensive insulation nursing measures on preventing intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate
Objective:To Objective to explore the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing measures in preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,98 patients who received transurethral resection of prostate in Baoying County People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine heat preservation nursing, and the ob-servation group was given comprehensive heat preservation nursing measures. The body temperature, mean arteri-al pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared at each time during the operation, and the occurrence of adverse events such as hypothermia and chills during the operation were counted. Results:There was no significant difference in body temperature, mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At T1、T2、T3 and T4,the body temperature and average arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia and shivering in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive heat preservation nursing measures can stabilize and maintain the body temperature and hemodynamic indexes of patients undergoing transurethral resec-tion of prostate, and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as hypothermia and chills.
