Observation on the effect of responsibility holistic care in dietary health education for patients with chronic diseases
Objective:This study aimed to analyze the impact of holistic care on dietary health education for patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chronic diseases were enrolled in our hospital from Feb-ruary 2022 to December 2023,with 39 in the control group and 39 in the observation group.The control group re-ceived routine care,while the observation group implemented the overall responsibility system.We assessed the nursing satisfaction,health knowledge mastery rate,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy of the patients in the two groups after receiving different nursing measures.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also dem-onstrated a higher health knowledge mastery rate,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized implementation of the responsibility sys-tem significantly improved health knowledge,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy,leading to a substantial enhancement in nursing satisfaction.
