Effect of early gastrointestinal nutrition support nursing on nutritional indexes and wound healing in patients with extensive burn
Objective:To Objective To observe and analyze the effect of early enternal nutrition support nursing on nutritional indexes and wound healing of patients with extensive burns.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,80 patients with extensive burn were screened and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received parenteral nutrition support,while the research group received early enternal nutrition support nursing.The nutritional index,rehabilitation effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,Alb、Hb and TRF in the study group were higher than those in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound exudation score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time,positive nitrogen balance time and hospitali-zation time were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of material function,social function,daily life and psychological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enternal nutrition support nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with extensive burns,promote wound healing and rehabilitation,reduce related compli-cations and improve the quality of life of patients.
