ClinicalEfficacy And Safety of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Cirrhosis with Hepatolithiasis
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatolithiasis. Methods:From April 2022 to December 2023,105 pa-tients with liver cirrhosis and hepatolithiasis treated in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Jiuquan People's Hospital were selected as the research object,52 patients treated with open cholecystectomy were included in the control group, and 53 patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were included in the experimental group. The clinical indexes, clinical efficacy, surgical safety and liver function indexes before and after operation were com-pared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had less intraoper-ative blood leakage, shorter operation time, shorter first postoperative exhaust time and shorter hospitalization time,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment, the levels of TBIL,ALT and AST in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,TBIL,ALT and AST in both groups decreased, and compared with the control group, the experi-mental group was significantly lower,P<0.05.The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for liver cirrho-sis combined with hepatolithiasis can not only reduce the amount of bleeding, but also shorten the duration of opera-tion and the first exhaust time after operation, improve patients'liver function, reduce complications, improve clini-cal efficacy and promote patients'recovery.
