Value ofDynamic Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Evaluating the Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Cervical Cancer
Objective:To observe the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in eval-uating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods:80 patients with cervical cancer were se-lected from Baise People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023.All patients were given neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the effect of chemotherapy, with 40 cases in each group.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was observed and analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:before treatment, the comparison of Ktrans、Kep、Ve and Vp between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,Ktrans in effective group was lower than that in ineffective group,P<0.05;Kep,Ve and Vp in effective group were compared with those in ineffective group,P>0.05.△Ktrans in effective group was lower than that in in-effective group,P<0.05;Comparison of △Kep,△Ve and △Vp between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Dy-namic contrast-enhanced MRI scanning can detect the blood flow signal of the tumor in patients with cervical cancer, and the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be effectively evaluated by analyzing the indexes such as △Ktrans,△Kep、△ Ve and △Vp.
