芳香音乐疗法联合MRI检查前声音场景模拟在幽闭恐惧综合症患者检查中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨芳香音乐疗法联合MRI检查前声音场景模拟在幽闭恐惧综合症患者检查中的应用价值.方法 选取2023年3月-12月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的80例幽闭恐惧综合症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例.对照组采取心理护理联合芳香音乐疗法,观察组在对照组基础上使用MRI检查前声音场景模拟干预.对比两组恐惧程度与生命体征.结果 与护理前相比,护理后两组恐惧程度各项评分均出现不同程度的下降,且观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组,P＜0.05.与护理前相比,护理后两组4项生命体征均出现不同程度的下降,且观察组4项体征均显著低于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 芳香音乐疗法联合MRI检查前声音场景模拟可减轻幽闭恐惧综合症患者在检查中的恐惧程度,并可稳定其生命体征.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of aromatherapy combined with sound scene simulation before MRI examination in patients with claustrophobia syndrome.Methods:80 patients with claustrophobic syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March to December,2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group took psychological nursing combined with aromatic music therapy,and the observation group used the simulated intervention of sound scene before MRI exami-nation on the basis of the control group.The degree of fear and vital signs were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before nursing,the scores of fear in both groups decreased in different degrees after nursing,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Compared with before nursing,after nursing,the four vital signs of the two groups all decreased in different degrees,and the four signs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Aromatic music therapy combined with sound scene simulation before MRI examination can reduce the degree of fear of claustrophobia patients during exami-nation and stabilize their vital signs.
