Application ofTranscranial Magnetic Therapy Apparatus in patients with dysphagia in cerebral infarction
Objective:To Objective to analyze the application effect of transcranial magnetic therapeutic instrument in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarctionMethods:Eighty-eight patients with dysphagia due to cerebral infarc-tion admitted to Nanjing Tongren Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with transcranial magnetic therapeutic apparatus combined with swallowing and feeding training,while the control group was treated with swallowing and feeding train-ing.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,the scores of SSA、FOIS、VFSS and NIHSS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After intervention,the scores of SSA and NIHSS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the scores of FOIS and VFSS were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,the activity of hyoid bone moving up and moving forward was compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After the intervention,the movement of hyoid bone in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total ef-fective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%,which was much higher than that of the control group 81.82%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transcranial magnetic therapy combined with swallowing and feeding training can effectively im-prove the swallowing function and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction,increase the activity of hy-oid bone and improve the overall curative effect.
