目的 分析基层医院在使用外来医疗器械前后的回收清洗难点及改进效果.方法 选择2018年11月至2019年5月、2019年6月至2019年12月作为对照阶段和观察阶段,每个阶段随机选取1500件医院使用过的外来医疗器械作为研究对象,分别设为对照组与观察组.对照阶段采用常规外来器械管理方案,观察阶段应用外来医疗器械优化使用方案.对比分析两个阶段的管理效果.结果 观察组外来器械使用前后回收清洗率明显高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组外来器械使用前后回收清洗管理指标达标率高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组外来器械使用前后回收清洗管理中不良事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 了解基层医院在使用外来医疗器械前后的回收清洗难点,并采取改进措施,有助于提高回收清洗率,降低不良事件发生风险.
DifficultiesAnd Improvement of Recycling And Cleaning before And after the Use of Foreign Medical Equipment in Basic Hospitals
Objective:To analyze the difficulties and improvement effects of recycling and cleaning of foreign medical devices before and after use in primary hospitals.Methods:The period from November 2018 to May 2019 and from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control stage and the observation stage,and 1500 foreign medical devices were randomly selected as the research objects in each stage,which were respectively set as the control group and the observation group.In the control stage,the conventional management scheme of foreign medical de-vices was adopted,and in the observation stage,the application scheme of foreign medical devices was optimized.Contrast and analyze the management effects of the two stages.Results:The recycling and cleaning rate of foreign instruments in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05.The recovery and cleaning management index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The inci-dence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:To understand the difficulties of recycling and cleaning before and after the use of foreign medical devices in primary hospitals,and to improve the measures will help to improve the recycling and cleaning rate and reduce the risk of ad-verse events.
