AStudy of the Effectiveness of the HFMEA Risk Management Model in Emergency Polytrauma Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of medical failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)risk management mode in emergency treatment of patients with multiple trauma.Methods:Eighty-two emergency pa-tients with multiple trauma admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41)according to the difference of treatment mode. The control group was treated according to the general rescue process, and the obser-vation group was given the HFMEA risk management model under the routine process. The rescue time、complica-tions and first aid effect were compared between the two groups. Results:The emergency response time, emergency examination time and emergency treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The cure rate and good rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the slight disability, severe disability and plant survival rate were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Con-clusion:Giving HFMEA risk management model to emergency patients with multiple trauma can shorten their res-cue time, improve the success rate of rescue and reduce complications.
