A Study on the Relationship between Elevated Troponin Ⅰ and Early Outcome of Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective:To Objective To analyze the correlation between the early prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction and the increase of troponin Ⅰ(cTnI).Methods:Seventy-five patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January to December,2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the modified Rankin score 14 days after treatment, the patients were divided into the prognosis group(n=48)and the non-prognosis group(n=27).The general data of age,sex and complications of the two groups were recorded, and the rising ratios of C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer(D-D)and cTnI were compared. The correlation between cTnI and CRP、Hcy and D-D was analyzed, and the influencing factors of patients'early prog-nosis were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results:The levels of CRP、Hcy、D-D、cTnI in patients with prognosis group were lower than those in patients without prognosis group, and the proportion of elevated cTnI was lower than that in patients without prognosis group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of cTnI was posi-tively correlated with CRP,Hcy and D-D(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that the increase of CRP、Hcy、D-D and cTnI were independently related to the early prognosis of cerebral infarction. Conclusion:The increase of cTnI is closely related to the early prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Monitoring the level of cTnI can predict the prognosis of patients, thus providing reference for clinical treatment.
