Anesthetic Effect of Remimazzolam BesyLate Combined with Fentanyl in Hysteroscopy and Its Influence on Comfort And Safety
Objective:To Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect of remimazzolam besylate combined with fent-anyl in hysteroscopy and its influence on comfort and safety.Methods:94 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in the hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with alfentanil,while the observation group was anesthe-tized with remazolam besylate combined with alfentanil.The indexes of hemorheology,the modified Aldrete scale of anesthesia,the quality of awakening,pain,comfort and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of hemorheology were compared between the two groups at T1 and T4,P＞0.05;At T2 and T3,there were changes of hemorheology indexes in different degrees in both groups.Comparison of SaO2 between the two groups at different time points,P＞0.05;At T2 and T3,HR and MAP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After anesthesia for 30 min,the modified Aldrete score of anesthesia and the VAS score of BCS comfort score were compared between the two groups,P＞0.05;The quality of awakening after leaving the room was improved in both groups.The modified Aldrete score and BCS comfort score of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group,while the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions such as body movement、choking cough、dizziness、nausea and vomiting during anesthesia between the two groups was compared,P＞0.05.Conclusion:The application of remima-zzolam besylate combined with alfentanil in hysteroscopy has little effect on the hemorheology of patients,and can relieve the pain and improve the comfort of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
