摘要
目的 探究青少年口腔正畸疗程与依从性的相关性.方法 抽取医院校企合作诊所中2020年5月至2023年12月期间收治的12 0例青少年口腔正畸患者,根据治疗顺序进行分组,对照组6 0例,采取常规口腔卫生教育;观察组60例,在此基础上辅以全面科学的依从性干预.对比两组治疗依从性、口腔正畸疗程.结果 观察组口腔正畸治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组口腔正畸疗程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 青少年口腔正畸疗程与依从性之间存在一定的关联.通过对口腔正畸患者进行依从性干预,可显著缩短正畸疗程,提高治疗依从性.
Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the correlation between orthodontic treatment course and compliance in adolescents.Methods:120 adolescent orthodontics patients were selected from the school-enterprise cooperative clinic of the hospital from May 2020 to December 2023,and divided into two groups according to the treatment or-der.The control group 60 cases,received routine oral hygiene education.60 cases in the observation group were supplemented by comprehensive and scientific compliance intervention.The treatment compliance and orthodontic course of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of orthodontic treatment in ob-servation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The orthodontic treatment course in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the course of or-thodontic treatment and compliance in adolescents.Compliance intervention can significantly shorten the orthodon-tic treatment course and improve the treatment compliance.
