子午流注择时穴位贴敷联合红外线照射脐部在剖宫产术后腹胀缓解中的作用

摘要
目的 探究子午流注择时穴位贴敷联合红外线照射脐部在剖宫产术后腹胀缓解中的作用.方法 选取2021年1月至2024年4月昆明市妇幼保健院收治的剖宫产术后腹胀产妇146例为研究对象,根据纳入和排除标准将患者分为A组(n=50)、B组(n=46)与C组(n=50).A组采用常规护理方法,B组在A组基础上采用辰时穴位贴敷,C组在A组基础上采用辰时穴位贴敷联合红外线照射.对比三组麻痹性肠梗阻发生率、肠胃功能恢复时间.结果 C组、B组首次通气时间均短于A组,且C组首次通气时间短于B组;C组首次排便时间短于B组和A组;C组与B组麻痹性肠梗阻发生率均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对剖宫产术后腹胀产妇实施子午流注择时穴位贴敷联合红外线照射脐部护理可显著改善其胃肠功能,减少麻痹性肠梗阻发生.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of meridian flow injection and acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation on navel in relieving abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods:One hundred and forty-six pregnant women with abdominal distension after cesarean section admitted to Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the inclusion and ex-clusion criteria,the patients were divided into group A(n=50)、group B(n=46)and group C(n=50).Group A was given routine nursing methods,Group B was given Chenshi acupoint application on the basis of Group A,and Group C was given Chenshi acupoint application combined with infrared radiation on the basis of Group A.The in-cidence of paralytic intestinal obstruction and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function were compared among the three groups.Results:The first ventilation time in group c and group b was shorter than that in group a,and the first ventilation time in group c was shorter than that in group B.The first defecation time in group c was shorter than that in group b and group a;The incidence of paralytic intestinal obstruction in group C and group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Treating abdominal dis-tension patients after cesarean section with meridian flow injection and timing acupoint application combined with infrared radiation umbilical nursing can significantly improve their gastrointestinal function and reduce the occur-rence of paralytic intestinal obstruction.
