Analysis ofHospital Operation Management Based on Dip Payment Reform
Objective:To explore the influence of the reform mode based on DIP payment on hospital operation and management.Methods:The data of cases admitted to the hospital from 2022 to 2023 were selected for research and analysis.In December 2022,the DIP payment method was used for reform,and the operational efficiency and quali-ty evaluation index were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 2023,the proportion of hospital medical service income increased by 1.43％compared with that in 2022,the average cost of inpatients increased by 0.58％,the average length of stay decreased by 0.03％,and the average cost of drugs per hospitalization increased by 0.32％compared with that in 2022.Single-disease management was carried out for a variety of cases,among which,the average cost was reduced by 10 diseases,and the biggest reduction was atrial fibrillation,with a decrease of 12.58％.Con-clusion:Based on the DIP payment method,improving the organizational structure,improving the medical connota-tion,improving the cost management and optimizing the performance appraisal can effectively improve the hospital operation efficiency and promote the improvement of the hospital medical quality.
