低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理对消毒供应室器械灭菌效果及医院感染发生率的影响

摘要
目的 分析低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理对消毒供应室器械灭菌效果及医院感染发生率的影响.方法 在2022年8月至2023年8月期间医院消毒供应室管理的医疗器械中选取300件,随机分为两组,每组150件.对两组分别采用常规管理(设为对照组)和低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理(设为研究组),记录并对比两组器械灭菌合格率、管理合格率、医院感染发生率及科室满意度.结果 相比对照组,研究组器械灭菌合格率更高,P＜0.05;研究组消毒供应室管理合格率更高,P＜0.05;研究组医院感染发生率更低,P＜0.05;研究组科室满意度更高,P＜0.05.结论 低温等离子体灭菌器配合全程质控管理可充分提升消毒供应室器械灭菌管理工作质量,降低患者医院感染发生风险,并可提高各科室满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of low-temperature plasma sterilizer combined with total quality con-trol management on the sterilization effect of instruments in disinfection supply room and the incidence of hospital infection.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,300 pieces of medical devices managed by the hospital disin-fection supply room were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 150 pieces in each group.Conven-tional management(set as control group)and low-temperature plasma sterilizer combined with whole-process quality control management(set as research group)were used in the two groups respectively,and the sterilization qualification rate,management qualification rate,hospital infection rate and department satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of instrument ster-ilization in the study group was higher,P＜0.05.The qualified rate of disinfection supply room management in re-search group was higher,P＜0.05;The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was lower,P＜0.05;The satisfaction of departments in the research group was higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma sterilizer combined with total quality control management can fully improve the quality of sterilization management of instruments in disinfection supply room,reduce the risk of nosocomial infection of patients and improve the satis-faction of various departments.
