摘要

目的 探讨Seminar教学法结合腹腔镜技术培训在肝胆胰外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法 选取宁波市第二医院肝胆胰外科中参加住院医师规范化培训的医师60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中30例以传统授课进行腹腔镜技术培训,归为对照组;另30例在对照组基础上联合实施Seminar教学法进行培训,归为观察组.记录两组培训前后理论考试成绩及临床实践能力,统计两组对教学质量的评价.结果 培训前,两组理论考试成绩、临床实践能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组理论考试成绩、临床实践能力均明显提高,且观察组高于对照组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).学员问卷调查结果显示,观察组阅读能力、手术理解范围、知识拓展能力、语言表达能力的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Seminar教学法结合腹腔镜技术培训在肝胆胰外科住院医师规范化培训中可发挥良好的教学效果,不仅能扩大医师对理论知识的了解范围,还能提高其临床实践能力,优化肝胆胰外科医师培训质量.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method combined with laparoscopic train-ing in standardized training of residents in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Methods:60 cases of doctors who participated in standardized training of residents in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery department of Ningbo Sec-ond Hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to random num-ber table method.Among them,30 cases were trained in laparoscopic technique by traditional teaching and classi-fied as control group.Another 30 cases were trained by Seminar teaching method on the basis of the control group and classified as the observation group.The theoretical test scores and clinical practice ability of the two groups be-fore and after training were recorded,and the evaluation of the teaching quality of the two groups was counted.Re-sults:Before the training,there was no significant difference in theoretical test scores and clinical practice ability be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the theoretical test scores and clinical practice ability of the two groups were significantly improved,and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the evaluation of reading ability,surgical understanding range,knowledge expansion ability and language expression ability in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seminar teaching method combined with laparoscopic training can play a good teaching effect in standardized training of residents in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,which can not only ex-pand the scope of doctors understanding of theoretical knowledge,but also improve their clinical practice ability and optimize the training quality of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeons.
