摘要
胰十二指肠切除术后引发胃瘫的生理机制复杂,可能是手术损伤胃肠道神经丛,导致胃肠道神经传导障碍,也可能是术后胃肠道内分泌发生紊乱,影响胃肠道平滑肌的收缩,且术后患者体内炎症因子水平升高,也可加重胃瘫症状.胃瘫康复护理是一种针对术后胃瘫患者的专业护理方法,旨在通过一系列护理措施,促进患者术后胃功能恢复,提其高生活质量.该护理的核心理念是根据患者的具体病情和需求,制定出个性化的护理方案,以提高护理效果,并确保患者在面对疾病挑战时,能够保持积极的心态.
Abstract
The physiological mechanism of gastroparesis after pancreaticoduodenectomy is complex,which may cause gastrointestinal nerve plexus injury during surgery,leading to gastrointestinal nerve conduction disorders,and gastroin-testinal endocrine disorders after surgery,affecting gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction.In addition,the level of inflammatory factors in the body of patients after surgery may also aggravate the symptoms of gastroparesis.Gastrop-aresis rehabilitation nursing is a professional nursing method for postoperative gastroparesis patients,aiming to pro-mote the recovery of postoperative gastric function and improve the quality of life through a series of nursing meas-ures.The core concept of the nursing is to develop personalized nursing programs according to the specific conditions and needs of patients,so as to improve the nursing effect and enable patients to maintain a positive attitude in the face of disease challenges.
