中医药治疗冠心病的现代研究进展

摘要
冠心病临床发病率高、病程长、病情复杂,治疗需结合患者实际情况,采取相应的方案.中医药在冠心病治疗中具有重要作用,通过对患者病情进行辨证分型,制定针对性治疗方案.使用中药制剂、传统经典中药方剂、自拟方治疗冠心病,可取得较好的临床效果.本研究对中医药治疗冠心病的现代研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Coronary heart disease has a high clinical incidence,a long course of disease and a complicated condition,so the treatment should be combined with the actual situation of patients and adopt corresponding plans.Tradition-al Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Through the syndrome dif-ferentiation and classification of patients'condition,a targeted treatment plan is formulated.Using traditional Chi-nese medicine preparations,traditional classical Chinese medicine prescriptions and self-made prescriptions to treat coronary heart disease can achieve good clinical results.This study summarizes the modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease.
