重症患者个性化医学营养治疗方案的研究新进展

摘要
为重症监护室患者进行医学营养治疗(MNT)的目的是避免营养状况不佳的患者出现营养不良现象,并改善营养不良患者的预后.重症患者预后危险因素之一是营养不良,可对机械通气时间、住院时间等产生严重影响.重症患者的病情变化快,为其制定个性化的MNT方案具有重要意义.本文对不同类型重症患者给予个性化MNT方案的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
The purpose of medical nutrition therapy for patients in intensive care unit is to avoid malnutrition in pa-tients with poor nutritional status and improve the prognosis of malnourished patients.Malnutrition is one of the prognostic risk factors of severe patients,which can have a serious impact on the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization.The condition of critically ill patients changes rapidly,so it is of great significance to formulate per-sonalized medical nutrition treatment programs for them.In this paper,the research progress of individualized med-ical nutrition therapy for different types of severe patients is reviewed.
