Observation on theTherapeutic Effect of Pediatric Hypoglycemic Syrup Combined with Iron Dextran Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia in Children
Objective:lo explore and analyze the effect of Xiaoer Shengxue syrup combined with ferric dextran dis-persible tablets on nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods:100 children with nutritional iron deficien-cy anemia admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iron dextran dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with infantile Shengxue syrup combined with iron dextran dispersible tablets.The treatment effect、symp-tom score and blood index were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher,P＜0.05.After treatment,the observation group's pallor、loss of appetite、mental fatigue、diarrhea、loose stool、and lip and tongue color score were lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.After treatment,the levels of Hb、SI、RBC and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoer Shengxue syrup combined with ferric dextran dispersible tablets in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children is satisfacto-ry,and the symptoms of children are obviously improved.
