TheEffect of Auricular Pressure Bean Combined with Acupressure on the Quality of Life And Sleep Quality of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of auricular point pressing bean combined with acupoint application on the quality of life and sleep of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:Eighty—six patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into reference group and research group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group was given auricular point bean pressing combined with acupoint application intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The symptom score、mental state、sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the VAS score and mMRC score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,P＜0.05.The scores of SAS、SDS and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,P＜0.05.The KPS score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Ear—point bean pressing combined with acupoint appli-cation has an ideal effect on relieving pain and dyspnea in patients with advanced lung cancer,and can also alleviate their bad mood and reduce the impact of diseases on sleep and quality of life.
