单次根管疏通填充治疗对牙体牙髓病患者治疗效果的影响

摘要
目的 探析单次根管疏通填充治疗对牙体牙髓病患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2020年10月至2023年10月于南宁市第一人民医院口腔科就诊的符合纳入标准的80例牙体牙髓炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组应用重复多次根管疏通填充治疗,观察组应用单次根管疏通填充治疗.比较两组治疗前后龈沟出血情况、疼痛程度、咀嚼功能及临床总有效率.结果 观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,P＜0.05.两组治疗前SBI评分对比,P＞0.05;两组治疗3周后上述指标评分均有所下降,且观察组评分比对照组低,P＜0.05.两组治疗前VAS评分、咀嚼效率对比,P＞0.05;治疗后,两组VAS评分均下降咀嚼效率均提高,且观察组VAS评分更低,咀嚼效率更高,P＜0.05.结论 牙体牙髓病患者应用单次根管疏通填充治疗可获得理想的临床效果,降低龈沟出血程度,缓解疼痛感,增强咀嚼功能.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of single root canal dredging and filling therapy on the treatment of dental pulp diseases.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2023,80 patients with dental pulpitis who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repeated root canal dredging and filling,while the observation group was treated with single root canal dredging and filling.The gingival sulcus bleeding,pain degree,masticatory function and clini-cal total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Comparison of SBI scores before treatment between the two groups,P＞0.05;After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of the a-bove indexes in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The comparison of VAS score and masticatory efficiency between the two groups before treat-ment,P＞0.05;After treatment,the VAS score of both groups decreased and the masticatory efficiency improved,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower and the masticatory efficiency was higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Single root canal dredging and filling therapy can achieve ideal clinical effect,reduce gingival sul-cus bleeding,relieve pain and enhance masticatory function.
