摘要

目的 探讨分析莫西沙星注射液联合吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效.方法 研究时间为2021年6月至2023年6月期间,研究对象为天津市西青医院老年病科收治的60例重症肺炎患者.随机分为两组,对照组30例,采用莫西沙星注射液治疗;实验组30例,采用莫西沙星注射液联合吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸治疗.对比两组临床指标、血气指标、肺功能指标及炎性因子水平.结果 实验组气促缓解时间、咳嗽消失、痰液颜色恢复正常、体温恢复正常时间计住院时间均较对照组短,P<0.05.治疗后,实验组血气指标PaO2、SaO2均较对照组高,PaCO2较对照组低,P<0.05;实验组肺功能指标深呼气量、肺活量、通气流速、每分钟最大通气量均较对照组高,P<0.05;治疗后,实验组炎性因子TNF-a、IL-2及IL-6水平均较对照组低,P<0.05.结论 重症肺炎患者应用莫西沙星注射液联合吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,可促进临床症状改善,控制炎症反应,改善血气指标及肺功能.

Abstract

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin injection combined with inhaled acetylcys-teine in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:Thie study period was from June 2021 to June 2023,and the subjects were 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,Tianjin Xiqing Hospital.Randomly di-vided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were treated with moxifloxacin injection;30 cases in the experimental group were treated with moxifloxacin injection combined with inhaled acetylcysteine.The clinical indexes、blood gas inde-xes、lung function indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,PaO2 and SaO2in the experi-mental group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO2was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The lung function indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.After treat-ment,the levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α、IL-2 and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Moxifloxacin injection combined with inhaled acetylcysteine can improve clinical symp-toms,control inflammatory reaction and improve blood gas indexes and lung function in patients with severe pneumonia.
