中药热奄包护理技术对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛程度的影响

目的 观察分析在神经根型颈椎病患者中采用中药热奄包护理技术的效果及对疼痛程度的影响.方法 将2021年1月至2023年10月安徽省安庆市宿松县中医院康复科收治的神经根型颈椎病患者150例纳入研究,利用红蓝球法分为两组,各75例.对照组予以常规针灸、推拿、康复治疗,观察组在此基础上予以中药热奄包治疗.对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度及颈椎功能.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组干预后VAS、McGill、NDI评分均低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对神经根型颈椎病患者利用中药热奄包护理技术进行干预有助于缓解颈椎疼痛,改善颈椎功能,获得显著的康复效果.
Effect ofTraditional Chinese Medicine Hot Bag Nursing Technology on Pain Degree of Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
Objective:To Objective to analyze the effect of hot-pack nursing technology of traditional Chinese medi-cine in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and its influence on the degree of pain.Methods:From Janu-ary 2021 to October 2023,150 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to the Department of Reha-bilitation,susong county Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anqing City Anhui Province were included in the study,and were divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group by red and blue ball method.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,massage and rehabilitation,while the observation group was treated with tra-ditional Chinese medicine on the basis of this.The clinical efficacy、pain degree and cervical vertebra function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of VAS,McGill and NDI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is helpful to relieve cervical pain,improve cervical func-tion and obtain remarkable rehabilitation effect by intervening in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with Chinese medicine hot bag nursing technology.
