Effect ofSeamless Nursing Mode on Physical And Mental Stress And Vital Signs in Patients with Initial Painless Gastroscopy
Objective:To explore the effect of seamless nursing mode on physical and mental stress and vital signs of pa-tients undergoing painless gastroscopy for the first time. Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,70 patients who un-derwent painless gastroscopy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group implemented seamless nursing mode. The physical and mental stress and vital signs of the two groups were compared. Results:SAS and SDS scores before nursing were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and pulse be-tween the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;Comparing the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and pulse of the two groups after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The seamless nursing mode is of positive significance in reducing the physical and mental stress of patients undergoing the first painless gastroscopy and stabilizing their vital signs, and it is worth popularizing.
