Study on thePractical Effect of Perioperative Visit Care in Cardiac Interventional Therapy
Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative visit care in cardiac interventional therapy.Methods:120 cardiac interventional therapy patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random lottery method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given perioperative visit care on this basis.The incidence of complications,negative mood,clinical symptom index.Results:Comparing the control group,P＜0.05;preoperative negative mood score,P＞0.05;postoperative SAS and SDS scores compared with the control group(P＜0.05);diastolic pressure,systolic BP,heart rate,two groups,P＞0.05;blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The application of perioperative visit care in cardiac interventional therapy is good,which can improve the adverse psychological state of patients,reduce postop-erative complications,and promote the recovery of postoperative physical signs.
