Application ofSafety Care in Patients with Bipolar Disorder
Objective:To analyze the effect of safety care in patients with bipolar disorder. Methods:The study sub-jects selected 70 patients with bipolar disorder diagnosed in Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2023,and randomly divided into control group(35 patients)and observation group(35 patients). The control group was given routine care, and the observation group gave safe care on this basis. The occurrence of nursing risk events, quality of life and emotional state were compared between the two groups. Results:For the relevant study data of the two groups, the probability of nursing risk events in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group, and there were statistical differences between the groups,then(P<0.05).After the treatment with different nursing methods, the SF-36 score of the two groups showed that the control group was lower than the SF-36 score of the observation group. The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were much lower than that of the control group. The intergroup analysis was statis-tically significant(P<0.05),and there were some differences between the groups. Conclusion:Through specific experimental research,it can be seen that the application of safe nursing mode in patients with bipolar disorder is relatively ideal, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events, and significantly improve the quality of life and emotional state of patients.
