The Influence of Intensive Nursing on Medical Compliance Behavior、Negative Mood And Quality of Life in Patients with Cirrhosis
Objective:To evaluate the effect of intensive care on their behavior,mentality and life improvement.Methods:Cases were derived from post-intervention patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to De-cember 2023.A total of 62 patients were included in the study,which were divided into control group and observa-tion group by random number table,with 31 cases each.Routine care was given to the control group and intensive care to the observation group.Quality of life,medical compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction and negative mood were compared.Results:all aspects of the patients were higher,P<0.05.The observation group with nursing healthy diet,good exercise,regular medication,and life management scores were higher than the control group,P<0.05.The observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.SAS and SDS scores in the observa-tion group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intensive nursing for patients with cirrhosis can effectively improve their quality of life,improve their compliance behavior,adjust their mentality and mood,and improve nursing satisfaction.
