超声介入联合经皮肝脏穿刺置管引流术治疗肝脓肿的疗效分析

摘要
目的 探讨分析超声介入联合经皮肝脏穿刺置管引流术(IU-PLPCD)治疗肝脓肿(PLA)的临床疗效.方法 选择 2022 年 8 月至 2023 年 8 月在酒泉市人民医院接受治疗的 68 例PLA患者为本次研究对象.将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各 34 例.两组分别实施常规治疗与IU-PLPCD治疗.对比两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子、临床指标、住院时间与术后并发症.结果 治疗后,试验组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平、均较对照组更低,P<0.05 试验组体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05.两组治疗总有效率对比,试验组较对照组更高,P<0.05.试验组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.试验组术后并发症发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05.结论 IU-PLPCD治疗PLA患者的效果显著,可加速症状消失,降低炎症因子水平,缩短住院时间,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound intervention combined with percutaneous liver puncture and drainage(IU-PLPCD)in the treatment of liver abscess(PLA).Methods:68 PLA patients who were treated in Jiuquan People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group,34 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine therapy and IU-PLPCD respectively.The clinical efficacy、serum inflammatory factors、clinical indicators、hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)、interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The recoverytime of bodytemperature,disappearance time of abscess cavity and hos-pitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Comparedwith the con-trol group,the total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the experimental group,P<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:IU-PLPCD is effective in the treatment of PLA patients,which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce complications.
