Analysis of the Efficacy of Ultrasound Intervention Combined with Percutaneous Hepatic Perforation And Drainage in the Treatment of Liver Abscesses
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound intervention combined with percutaneous liver puncture and drainage(IU-PLPCD)in the treatment of liver abscess(PLA).Methods:68 PLA patients who were treated in Jiuquan People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group,34 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with routine therapy and IU-PLPCD respectively. The clinical efficacy、serum inflammatory factors、clinical indicators、hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)、interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The recoverytime of bodytemperature, disappearance time of abscess cavity and hos-pitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Comparedwith the con-trol group, the total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the experimental group,P<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:IU-PLPCD is effective in the treatment of PLA patients, which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce complications.
