多层螺旋CT应用于周围型肺癌TNM分期诊断中的临床价值

目的 研究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断周围型肺癌 TNM分期的临床价值.方法 选取本院 2022 年 5 月至2024 年 5 月河间市人民医院收治的周围型肺癌患者 200 例,对患者均实施MSCT、X线检查,将手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,分析MSCT在诊断周围型肺癌TNM分期中的价值.结果 MSCT诊断肺内病灶阳性检出率 93.00%(186/200)、肺外病灶阳性检出率 59.00%(118/200),均高于 X线诊断结果,P<0.05;依据外科病理学 TNM分级体系,MSCT在对周围型肺癌进行TNM临床分级诊断时的准确率达 91.00%,而X线对周围型肺癌进行 TNM临床分级诊断时的准确率仅为 62.00%.在诊断周围型肺癌 TNM分期的准确率方面,MSCT 诊断的准确率显著高于X线,P<0.05;X线检查时间、费用CT低于MSCT(P<0.05).结论 运用MSCT对周围型肺癌进行TNM分期诊断临床价值较高.
Observation of Multi-slice Spiral CT in TNM Staging Diagnosis of Peripheral Lung Cancer
Objective:To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in diagnosing TNM staging of pe-ripheral lung cancer.Methods:200 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to hejian city People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected,and MSCT and X-ray examinations were performed on all patients.The results of surgical and pathological diagnosis were taken as the gold standard,and the value of MSCT in diagno-sing TNM staging of peripheral lung cancer was analyzed.Results:The positive detection rate of MSCT in diagno-sing pulmonary lesions was 93.00%(186/200),and that of extrapulmonary lesions was 59.00%(118/200),both higher than that of X-ray diagnosis,P<0.05.According to the TNMgrading system of surgical pathology,the ac-curacy of MSCT in clinical grading diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer is 91.00%,while the accuracy of X-ray in clinical grading diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer is only 62.00%.The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing TNM staging of peripheral lung cancer was significantly higher than that of X-ray,P<0.05.The time and cost of X-ray examination were lower in CT than in MSCT,P<0.05.Conclusion:MSCT is of high clinical value in TNM staging diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
