Clinical Efficacy of Single Port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Via Umbilical Cord for the Treatment of Gallbladder Polyps
Objective:To study the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods:102 patients with gallbladder polyps in Jiuquan People's Hospital from November 2022 to July 2023 were taken as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The curative effect、post-operative complications、postoperative pain、surgical related indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the recovery time and hospitalization time of bowel sounds were shorter than those in the control group, and the abdominal wall beauty score was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors such as CRP、IL-8 and IL-6 in both groups increased, but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the treatment of gallbladder polyps, and the inci-dence of complications is low.At the same time,it has the advantages of faster recovery, less pain and less inflammatory re-action.
