摘要

目的 探讨芪参益智颗粒中主要组分五味子的定量测定方法.方法 用 HPLC法测定芪参益智颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量.结果 芪参益智颗粒中五味子醇甲的进样量在 0.1470~1.1572μg,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.五味子醇甲的平均回收率为 99.45%(n=9),RSD为 0.72%.结论 用 HPLC 法测定芪参益智颗粒中主要组分五味子的含量方法简便、准确,回收率与重现性好,可作为该药物的定量测定方法.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the quantitative determination method of Schisandra chinensis,the main component in Qishen Yizhi granules.Methods:The content of schisandrin A in Qishen Yizhi Granules was determined by HPLC.Results:The sample volume of schisandrin A in Qishen Yizhi Granules was 0.1470~1.1572 μg,which showed a good linear relationship with the peak area.The average recovery rate of schisandrin A was 99.45%(n=9),and RSD was 0.72%.Conclusion:HPLC method is simple、accurate,with good recovery and reproducibility,and can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of the drug.
