Clinical Study on Skin Damage Caused by Mupirocin Ointment And New Tze Huang Tablet Application in Subcutaneous Injection of Chemotherapy Drugs
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of mupirocin ointment combined with Xinhuang tablets on skin dam-age caused by subcutaneous injection of chemotherapy drugs.Methods:70 patients with malignant hematological diseases admitted to the hospital from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly di-vided into two groups.The control group(35 cases)applied wet and hot compress to the conventional injection site,while the observation group(35 cases)applied mupirocin ointment combined with Xinhuang tablets to the conventional injection site.The clinical effect、the incidence of pain after treatment、the compliance of drug application and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of mupirocin ointment combined with Xinhuang tablets in the treatment of skin damage caused by subcutaneous injection of chemotherapy drugs can not only enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain,but also improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
