Analysis of the Safety And Prognosis of the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids with Selective Superior Hemorrhoidectomy
Objective:To explore and analyze the safety of selective mucosal resection of hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and its influence on prognosis. Methods:The subjects were 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the anorectal surgery department of nail hernia in Fengtai Hospital of Beijing from January 2022 to De-cember 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with PPH,while the observation group was treated with TST.The clinical indexes、anorectal dynamics related indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time and hospitalization time in the observa-tion group were shorter than those in the control group, and the blood loss during operation was smaller and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment, the HPZ of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the MSP and ARP were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TST is effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, with less trauma, less pain and fewer postoperative complications, which is helpful to promote the recovery of anorectal function and shorten the rehabilitation time of patients.
