从《叶天士医学全书》探析叶天士治疗带下病用药经验

摘要
目的 探讨叶天士治疗带下病用药经验.方法 通过对《叶天士医学全书》中叶天士治疗带下病的医案进行回顾性整理,分析其用药经验.结果 叶天士对带下病的认识:重视健脾祛湿;侧重肝肾同调;擅长奇经论治.叶氏临证中治疗带下病常用的药物组合:人参、茯苓;生地、白芍、阿胶;鹿角霜、枸杞子、沙苑子;柏子仁、肉苁蓉;当归、杜仲.结论 叶天士治疗带下病从脾肝肾及奇经论治,选药以补虚药为主,辅以祛湿敛带.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication experience of Ye Tianshis medical records in the treatment of leu-corrhea disease.Methods:To analysis the medication experience on leukorrheal diseases of Ye Tianshis in《Tianshi's Complete Medical Book》by literature and review.Results:On the one hand,Ye Tianshi pays attention to strengthe-ning spleen and resolving dampness as well as Conditioning Liver and Kidney at the same time and the treatment of eight extra-channels.On the other hand,the medicine combinations which are commonly used in the treatment of the leucorrhea disease in Ye's medical records have been sorted out.Such as:Renshen-Fuling;Shengdi-Baishao-Ejiao;Lujiaoshuang-Gouqizi-Shayuanzi;Boziren-Roucongrong;Danggui-Duzhong.Conclusion:Ye Tianshi's treatment of leucorrhea disease mainly focuses on spleen,liver and kidney and the treatment of eight extra-chan-nels by choosing drugs that can tonify deficiency,supplemented by thoes that can resolve dampness and stop leu-corrhea.
