Prognostic Effect of Serum sPLA2-X And Copeptin Levels in Elderly Patients with Severe Bronchiectasis Combined with Infection
Objective:To explore and analyze the predictive effect of serum secreted phospholipase A2-X(sPLA2-X)and Copeptin on the clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with severe bronchiectasis complicated with infection. Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,132 patients with severe bronchiectasis complicated with infection in Zhangdian Dis-trict People's Hospital of Zibo were selected, and the serum sPLA2-X and Copeptin levels were detected.Clinical pulmo-nary infection score(CPIS)was used to evaluate the severity of the disease, and the correlation between serum sPLA2-X and Copeptin levels and CPIS score was analyzed. All patients were given symptomatic treatment after admission, and were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the therapeutic effect. To analyze the predictive value of ser-um sPLA2-X and Copeptin levels on the curative effect of elderly patients with severe bronchiectasis complicated with in-fection.Results:Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of sPLA2-X and Copeptin were positively cor-related with the CPIS score,P<0.05.The levels of serum sPLA2-X and Copeptin in the effective group were higher than those in the ineffective group,P<0.05.The receiver's operating characteristic curve(ROC)showed that the curve area(AUC)of sPLA2-X for predicting the effective treatment was 0.838,and the AUC of Copeptin was 0.807.The AUC of the combination of sPLA2-X and Copeptin was 0.904,which was higher than that of SPLA2-X and Copeptin alone,P<0.05.Conclusion:The serum levels of sPLA2-X and Copeptin in elderly patients with severe bronchiectasis complicated with infection are closely related to the degree of infection, which has high application value in the prediction of curative effect and can be considered for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment of this disease.
