摘要
目的 探讨分析JCI模式下的PDCA循环管理在门诊药房药品管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1 月至2023 年 12 月本院 30 名门诊药房工作人员,并选取 70 例患者为研究对象,根据时间分组,2022 年 1-12 月为对照组,该组纳入 35 例患者,实施常规管理;2023 年 1-12 月为观察组,该组纳入 35 例患者,实施JCI 模式下的 PDCA循环管理.管理工作均由 20 名工作人员进行,对比管理效果.结果 观察组管理质量评分较对照组更高,P<0.05.与对照组相比,观察组药品知晓度更高,P<0.05.观察组患者满意度比对照组高,P<0.05.结论 JCI 模式下的PDCA循环管理在门诊药房药品管理中应用效果满意,不仅可提高管理质量及药品知晓度,还有助于提升患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation management in outpatient pharmacy under JCI mode.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,30 outpatient pharmacy staff in our hos-pital were selected,and 70 patients were selected as the research object.According to the time,35 patients were in-cluded in the control group from January to December 2022,and routine management was implemented.From Janu-ary to December 2023,the observation group included 35 patients and implemented PDCA circulation management under JCI mode.The management work is carried out by 20 staff members,and the management effect is compared.Results:The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the awareness of drugs in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The satis-faction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05..Conclusion:The ap-plication effect of PDCA circulation management under JCI mode in outpatient pharmacy drug management is satis-factory,which can not only improve the management quality and drug awareness,but also help to improve patient satisfaction.
