摘要
目的 探究健康教育与口腔专科干预对正畸治疗患者口腔健康状况的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 10 月至 2023年 10 月期间在南通市口腔医院正畸科接受口腔正畸治疗的 160 例患者,采取随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组 80 例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取健康教育与口腔专科干预.对比两组口腔健康状况、并发症发生情况与护理满意度.结果 两组干预前PLI及GI对比,P>0.05;干预后 PLI 及 GI 对比,P<0.05.观察组正畸并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05.观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对正畸治疗患者进行健康教育与口腔专科干预,可有效改善患者口腔健康状况,降低并发症发生风险,提升护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of health education and dental intervention on the oral health status of orthodontic patients.Methods:160 patients who received orthodontic treatment in the Orthodontics Department of Nantong Stomatological Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly and double-blind divided into observation group and control group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given health education and oral intervention.The oral health status、complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of PLI and GI between the two groups before intervention was,P>0.05;Compared with the control group,the PLI and GI of the two groups were lower in the observation group,P<0.05.The incidence of orthodontic complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Health education and oral specialist inter-vention can effectively improve patients'oral health,reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing satisfac-tion.
